What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, with consideration for the unique requirements of a chemical and petrochemical location. Monitor and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. Communicate with site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters as needed. Assist with access control by verifying credentials and/or monitoring entry points to restricted areas. Document observations and/or incidents in daily activity reports as required by site protocols. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
