As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. What You'll Do: Deliver exceptional customer service by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment. Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or security-related concerns within the food and beverage location. Communicate promptly and clearly with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and/or emergency responders as required. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of daily activities, incidents, and observations as part of security-related duties. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
