As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the wellbeing of our guests, hosts, and property. Key Responsibilities * Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, hosts, and property at all times * Conduct regular patrols of public areas and back‑of‑house spaces * Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns with professionalism and composure * Monitor CCTV and security systems, ensuring accurate reporting and escalation when required * Support guest interactions with warmth, discretion, and a service‑first approach * Enforce access control for restricted areas and ensure compliance with safety procedures * Collaborate with hotel departments to support smooth operations and guest experience * Prepare accurate reports on incidents, observations, and daily activity * Assist with emergency procedures including evacuations, first aid, and crisis response * Uphold company policies, professional appearance standards, and confidentiality Core Competencies We are seeking a refined and vigilant professional who embodies the essence of luxury hospitality.
