As a Front Desk Officer in a busy logistics and distribution location, you will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors, managing access, verifying credentials, issuing badges, and monitoring entry activity. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and associates at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Control access to the facility by verifying identification, issuing visitor badges, managing sign-in and/or sign-out logs, and directing guests to designated waiting areas. Monitor entry points and front lobby activity, reporting suspicious or unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders. Complete required documentation such as incident reports, access logs, and dispatch communications, and communicate key information to oncoming shifts. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
