What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and documenting observations per site requirements. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, hangars, ramps, parking areas and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unsafe conditions. Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, monitoring visitor and delivery processing and maintaining required logs and badges per site policy. Monitor alarms, cameras and/or other security-related systems, complete routine reports and communicate notable activity to site contacts and Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
