What You’ll Do: As a Security Officer, you are a vital part of our medical team. You'll support the organization through a variety of duties including: Regularly patrol campus and other clinic sites to maintain a safe and welcoming environment Respond calmly and effectively to suspicious behavior, potential threats, or emergencies Use de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts and maintain peace Provide exceptional customer service, assist with directions, jumpstarts, escorts, and more Monitor surveillance cameras, secure areas, and ensure safety protocols are followed Partner with local law enforcement when needed Maintain daily logs, incident reports, and manage access systems What You Bring: HS Diploma or GED At least (18) months of experience in Security Officer role with a focus on customer contact via patrols Familiarity with card readers, surveillance systems, and basic security tech Valid WA State driver's license and ability to provide driving abstract Why PTHA?
