What You'll Do: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location. Monitor alarm systems, phones, radios, and/or video surveillance, prioritize incoming calls for service, and dispatch officers and/or resources as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, gathering key details, notifying appropriate internal contacts and/or public services, and coordinating response actions. Maintain accurate dispatch logs and incident documentation, including time-stamped activity notes, notifications made, and follow-up actions taken. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter and/or coordinate patrol coverage, noting unusual activity and reporting concerns per site procedures. Minimum Requirements: Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish. Have 1 or more years of security-related experience. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Having a guard card and/or license is preferred. Having customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
