What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and supporting emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the educational facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Observe and report any unusual conditions or security-related concerns within the location to Allied Universal management and client representatives. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disturbances and provide reassurance to staff, students, and visitors. Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits as directed. Complete required reports and documentation related to patrols, incidents, and daily activities. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
