As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence throughout the property. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, supporting access control, and providing outstanding customer service to residents and visitors. What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the wellbeing of residents and visitors. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential issues. Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and incidents as required by Allied Universal and the client site. Support access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials when necessary, and assisting residents or guests as needed. Collaborate with property management and/or law enforcement when required to address incidents or provide information. Minimum Requirements: Access control or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
