What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to onsite contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity. Monitor access points and observe visitor activity, assisting with guest registration and/or directing people to appropriate locations in accordance with site procedures. Complete routine reports and activity logs, document incidents, and report maintenance concerns or unusual conditions observed during patrols. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
