As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a bustling retail location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing a welcoming presence and exceptional customer service. You will monitor entry and exit activity, assist guests with inquiries, and help to deter security-related incidents through strong communication and professionalism. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk. Monitor access to the location, verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences. Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site management regarding security-related matters and concerns. Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including alerting appropriate personnel and assisting with evacuation or lockdown procedures as directed. Help to deter unauthorized activity or policy violations through a visible and professional presence at the front desk. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
