What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail and mall areas, as well as the surrounding perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment. Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues within the location to the appropriate personnel. Interact with the public in a courteous and professional manner while providing assistance as needed. Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site management to address concerns and support security-related operations. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
