What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while on duty at the retail location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure atmosphere. Observe and report any suspicious activities or potential hazards to Allied Universal management and/or site representatives as required. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas within the retail setting. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members while performing assigned duties. Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by site protocols. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
