What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and guests at a retail location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and prompt notification to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management. Conduct regular and random patrols of sales floors, stock areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues. Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations according to post orders. Complete shift documentation such as incident reports, daily activity logs, and visitor records while maintaining a professional presence and strong communication with store teams. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
