This location experiences significant resident activity. The role is based at a Residential Condominium in Sunrise. Key responsibilities include managing access control to facilitate safe entry and exit for individuals on the property, engaging in conversations to mitigate risks, and performing rover patrol duties, checkpoint inspections, and report writing. The position also involves ensuring the safety of the neighborhood.

• Rate - $16.00 per hour
• Schedule - 40hrs - Tuesday through Saturday 1600-0000(4PM-12AM), OFF Sunday and Monday.

This position is for individuals who have very good interpersonal skills and excellent customer service/hospitality experience. You must be an intricate thinker and have the capacity to attend to the residents, guests, and vendors with patience and high aptitude. You must be able to de-escalate situations and have excellent problem-solving skills.
A professional and polished appearance is a must. No visible tattoos, no forearm tattoos, no facial piercings, no mouth jewelry, no facial hair.
The schedule will be permanent and 40 hours per week as a fixed schedule and the total hours are to be determined prior to hiring for employment offer with the candidate. Benefit eligibility 401k for full-time or part-time after 6 months of employment with a 2% match on employee’s 3% contribution. Free employee parking in the building’s garage.
