As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an industrial manufacturing location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain a visible presence that helps to discourage security-related incidents. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking lots, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Control access by checking identification, visitor logs, and delivery documentation, and directing truck drivers and vendors to designated check-in and staging areas per site procedures. Complete detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and maintenance concerns, and communicate relevant information to the oncoming shift and/or site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
