Our Security Officers play a vital role in safeguarding the Club’s members, guests, and facilities, ensuring that events and daily operations run safely and seamlessly across our expansive grounds. Schedule: Fridays & Saturdays (biweekly), 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM Additional evening shifts available for coverage as needed Coverage hours may vary depending on seasonal activities and events Compensation & Benefits: $20.00/hour Employee golf benefits Job Duties: Patrol the campus (inside and outside) on foot, in the marked security vehicle, and via golf cart to prevent and detect signs of intrusion. Check doors, windows, and gates to ensure security and safety. Monitor for fires, vandalism, property damage, suspicious activity, or safety hazards. Secure and alarm buildings; lock and secure facility gates. Maintain a visible security presence during club events and functions. Monitor parking areas and assist with traffic as needed. Respond to emergencies and contact police/fire departments when required. Handle and reset fire/burglar alarms and communicate with control centers as needed. Report faulty alarm sensors/detectors and coordinate with police during investigations. Assist with camera system review as required. Communicate effectively via cell phone/email during shift. Complete and submit written incident reports as appropriate. Requirements Law enforcement or prior security experience required. High School diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license. Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to read and follow instructions, correspondence, and memos.
