Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a leading aero and defense location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support employees and visitors with exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $28.96 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AMThur10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or report concerns. Monitor access points and verify entry activity in accordance with site protocols for an aerospace and defense location, helping to support authorized access and accountability. Observe and report hazards, maintenance issues, and/or suspicious behavior while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location. Minimum Requirements: An active DoD Secret Clearance is required. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
