As our new Security Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining safety and compliance across the site, ensuring the best customer service, safety and experience, keeping people, places and property safe each day. This position requires an aspirational Security Officer who can respond effectively to various situations while ensuring high standards of service. That includes: Welcoming and assisting staff, visitors, and contractors. Conducting regular safety and security patrols. Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures. Supporting emergency protocols, including evacuations and searches. Keeping vigilant, reporting incidents, and preventing disruption. Accurately maintaining records of all activity and handovers. Qualifications Qualifications What you'll bring: All candidates must be able to achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) clearance. A willingness to acquire an SIA Licence (No Licence Required to apply), we still encourage applicant with SIA Licence already to apply for the opportunity! Resident in the UK for at least 5 years (for BPSS / SC purposes) Full UK driving licence The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history. Excellent communication skills in English—both written and spoken. Customer focused, polite, tactful and discrete.
