In this role, you will work with integrity and teamwork while delivering reliable, caring service that supports daily operations and creates a positive experience for tenants, guests, and staff. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.75 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed12:00 AM - 08:30 AMThur04:00 PM - 12:30 AMSun08:00 AM - 04:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including common areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations. Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized activity by observing site conditions, verifying credentials as required, and reporting unusual behavior and/or maintenance concerns. Support daily property operations by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and communicating clearly with tenants, visitors, and on-site personnel regarding security-related matters. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
