What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for any security-related concerns. Monitor for suspicious activity or potential hazards and report findings according to site procedures. Work closely with retail staff and management to support a secure environment for customers and employees. Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner. Remain alert to surroundings and adapt to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location. Minimum Requirements: This is primarily a driving post. A valid driver license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A customer service background is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
