What You'll Do: Provide customer service to customers, employees, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail environment. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with management and local authorities as directed by site procedures. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of sales floors, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or other unwanted activity. Monitor CCTV systems and access points, observe for unusual conditions, and document observations according to post orders and reporting requirements. Complete routine reports and incident documentation, assist with crowd control during peak shopping periods, and support loss prevention efforts through visible patrol presence and customer engagement. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. This is primarily a driving post. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
