Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.10 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support, and emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and support vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow in accordance with location policies. Assist with incident reporting, shift logs, and communication of security-related information involving equipment, facilities, and/or operational areas within the manufacturing location. Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required. A minimum of 2 years of law enforcement, military, and/or corrections experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
