As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a fast-paced tech corporate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and assist employees and visitors with clear, professional communication. You will document observations, support access control, and respond to routine requests with a customer-service mindset. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology office location. Conduct access control and visitor management functions, including checking identification, issuing temporary credentials as directed, and directing guests to the appropriate check-in locations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to site contacts and/or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site. Complete security-related reports and logs, monitor alarms and/or camera systems when assigned, and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
