Job Title: Security Officer
Location: Johnnie Walker, 146 Princes Street, EH2 4BL
Working Hours: 42 hours per week (4 on, 4 off)
Hourly Rate: £14.70
Contract Type: Permanent
We are currently recruiting a Security Officer to join our team at Johnnie Walker in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver excellent customer service and provide a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors and assets at one of our most prestigious corporate locations.

Main Responsibilities

• Carry out regular patrols and security checks across the site
• Respond to incidents, emergencies and alarms appropriately
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all staff and visitors
• Deter theft and prevent damage to the property
• Maintain accurate records and complete relevant documentation
• Deliver a professional front-of-house security service
• Comply with all Sodexo and site-specific health and safety protocols

Key Skills & Experience

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
• SIA CCTV Licence (desirable)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High levels of integrity and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Experience in a similar security role preferred
