Description

A Special Response Team (SRT) Officer is responsible for providing highly visible professional security to any of Caesar's properties to complement existing security programs. An SRT Officer must act as a visual deterrent, intervene, and respond to all levels of security and potential emergency needs including violent acts or threats, emergency situations, and critical safety risks. They mitigate incidents through early detection and/or disruption of criminal conduct or other undesirable activity. All SRT duties are to be performed in accordance with Enterprise and property policies, practices and procedures. This position requires specialized training in addition to day-to-day security operations, to include regular firearms and tactics training, and rigorous physical conditioning standards At Caesars Entertainment, Inc., our Team Members create the extraordinary.
