What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and perform emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a visible security-related presence. Observe and report activities and/or incidents at the assigned retail location to support the security-related objectives of Allied Universal and the client. Assist customers, visitors, and employees with directions and general inquiries while maintaining professionalism. Work in varying environments and conditions as required by the retail location. Minimum Requirements: This is primarily a driving post. A valid driver license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A customer service background is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
