Intelligence and deployment are two key elements which underpin the operational delivery of the ASEL Ltd risk Model (ARM). As a CIC Security Incident Agent you will be at the cutting edge of UK business crime reduction and intelligent crime strategy. You will be a critical part of the most effective private Command and Intelligence Centre in the UK supporting our ‘single, centralised’ international Command and Intelligence Centre forming a stable platform for all customer security operations - increasing safety, reducing crime and reducing costs for all of our subscribers. Working hours: Full Time, 40hrs per week, 5 over 7 days

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS / TRAINING REQUIRED:

Essential:

  • Good standard of general education.
  • Ability to meet targets in a repetitive and high-volume environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and telephone skills.
  • Strong organisational, documentation, and completer/finisher skills.
  • High attention to detail; ability to follow standardised procedures accurately.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and communication/reporting tools.
  • Ability to work professionally and diplomatically when guiding others.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Responsibilities

MAIN DUTIES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Report volume crime incidents (including theft) directly into police forces using electronic reporting

solutions, following standardised procedures.

  • Proactively contact security officers across multiple client sites to encourage timely and accurate

incident reporting.

  • Coach and guide officers through the reporting process, ensuring reports contain complete and

high-quality information.

  • Clarify questions about incident classifications, report formats, and next steps.
  • Maintain up-to-date administrative records, supporting customer dashboards and internal systems.
  • Log call outcomes, track reporting progress, and escalate urgent incidents as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (including Field Operations and other departments) to ensure

report consistency and resolution.

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Uphold data protection, privacy, and confidentiality standards at all times
