What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies. Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors as required. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Maintain detailed and accurate logs of activities, incidents, and visitor information as required by site procedures. Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, including communication with emergency services and Allied Universal management. Support a welcoming environment by answering questions and providing information to visitors and staff. Help to deter unauthorized activity at the front desk area through visible presence and adherence to site-specific protocols. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
