What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or potential threats. Observe and report any irregularities or suspicious activities found during patrols within the technology, media, and telecom environment. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as required by site procedures. Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences. Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding security-related concerns or incidents. Support emergency response efforts by following established protocols and assisting first responders as needed. Minimum Requirements: CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
