What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure environment. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions specific to the tech and media location. Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and helping to deter unauthorized individuals from restricted areas. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees to address inquiries or direct them as needed. Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possession of a current guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
