We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team at Ascott Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of security experience, preferably within the hospitality industry. Your role will be to ensure a safe and secure environment for our guests, staff, and property. Experience in hotel security is a plus.

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required

• Ensure the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and property.
• Patrol the premises regularly to maintain order and provide a visible security presence.
• Monitor security cameras and surveillance equipment to detect any unusual activities.
• Respond promptly to alarms or security concerns, addressing them efficiently.
• Investigate disturbances and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
• Enforce hotel policies and regulations to prevent theft, damage, or illegal activities.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
  Prior experience in hotel security will be an advantage, but we welcome candidates with relevant security experience from other industries as well.
