Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting a government transit location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist riders, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $24.90 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a public transportation location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of transit stations, platforms, parking areas, administrative spaces, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Monitor access points and public areas, report hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations, and provide directions or assistance to visitors, passengers, and staff. Support a professional environment by observing daily operations, reporting unusual activity, and following post orders and Allied Universal standards throughout varying conditions and shifts. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
