Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff by following site-specific access control procedures, checking credentials, and monitoring entry and exit points at the location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details to site contacts and/or local authorities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, sales floor areas, receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and other security-related concerns. Monitor doors, gates, alarms, and cameras, document daily activity, and communicate clearly with management regarding security-related issues, policy concerns, and/or emergency response activities. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
