Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will also provide outstanding customer service and communication while supporting daily operations. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.95 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, vendors, and site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site contacts and/or local authorities as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout cargo handling areas, warehouse spaces, loading and unloading zones, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor entry and exit activity involving pedestrians, vehicles, and deliveries, verifying credentials, directing traffic flow, and communicating site rules and/or operational instructions in a professional manner. Support daily operations by completing routine reports, maintaining detailed activity logs, and communicating clearly with Allied Universal leadership and site representatives regarding incidents, maintenance issues, and/or security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: A TSA-issued TWIC is required. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid is preferred. The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
