What You'll Do: Provide customer service by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government airport location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, reporting, and notifying appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, public areas, parking areas, access roads, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations. Monitor access points and restricted areas by observing pedestrian and vehicle traffic, checking identification and/or credentials as directed, and documenting unusual activity. Complete detailed reports, incident logs, and required documentation, and communicate key information to site leadership and/or law enforcement partners as needed. Minimum Requirements: A guard card/license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 20 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
