Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence. Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity. Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or hazards according to site protocols. Assist employees, visitors, and clients with general inquiries and directions as part of customer service responsibilities. Collaborate with site management and local law enforcement when required for incident response or emergency situations. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
