As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential threats. Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related concerns, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized persons from entering restricted areas within the property. Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and property management as needed. Document daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities using Allied Universal reporting protocols. Follow all site-specific instructions and protocols provided by Allied Universal and the property management. Minimum Requirements: Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
