You will conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access control and alarm response while delivering professional customer service. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and reporting to site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders. Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout buildings, hangars, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unsecured doors, and/or potential hazards. Control access at designated entry points during patrols by verifying identification and/or visitor authorization in accordance with site-specific policies. Complete shift activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information during shift turnovers. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
