Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting a utilities location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients at a utilities location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of work areas, equipment yards, access roads, and perimeter fencing; working environments and conditions may vary by site. Control access for employees, contractors, and visitors by verifying credentials, following sign-in procedures, and directing traffic flow as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including dispatching notifications per post orders and assisting with site evacuations and/or shelter procedures when required. Complete routine reports and shift logs, document unusual activity, and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
