What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as participating in emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related needs as they arise. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual circumstances. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related incidents and provide reassurance to employees and visitors at the financial institution. Document and report any security-related incidents, irregularities, or hazards encountered during patrols or while on post. Work closely with Allied Universal management and client representatives to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment at the financial institution. Minimum Requirements: CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
