Job Overview
Freeman Security is hiring State of Florida Professionally Licensed Security Officers. Must have a Valid Class D Security Officer License and a Valid Drivers License. Must have reliable Transportation and a working phone. Must have a professional appearance. Must be able to READ, WRITE and SPEAK English.
The contracted hours are from 7PM to 7AM Saturday and Sundays. Great schedule. 12 hour contracted shifts Great Location. We pay better than most and expect better than most. The Contract Location is in Maitland right next to I-4.
Duties
- Patrol the premises, both inside and outside, to prevent and deter criminal activity.
- Monitor CCTV cameras to identify potential security breaches.
- Conduct regular checks of all areas of the premises, including storage facilities and parking areas.
- Respond to emergency situations, such as fires, medical emergencies, and security alarms.
- Manage conflicts and use conflict management techniques to resolve issues peacefully.
- Conduct loss prevention measures to prevent theft and other forms of loss.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement agencies to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Ensure all security protocols and procedures are followed and that all security personnel are trained and aware of their duties.
- Maintain records of all security incidents and provide detailed reports as required.
- Monitor Property and enforce access control policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as required by the contract location to ensure the security and safety of our premises.

- Must be able to pass a thorough background check.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
