What You'll Do: Provide customer service by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government airport location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site contacts and/or local emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, parking areas, roadways, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations. Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify identification and/or credentials when required, and document unusual activity in written reports and/or logs. Assist with crowd management and passenger flow during peak periods and special events, and communicate directions and/or policy reminders to the public and staff. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
