Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support a welcoming experience for guests and staff. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur04:30 PM - 12:30 AMSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to people at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, loading areas, and perimeter points. Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential risks, and report observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Support access control, crowd flow, and/or after-hours checks to help maintain orderly operations throughout the location. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. X-ray screening experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
