As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with tenants and visitors, and deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report irregularities. Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions encountered during patrols to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives. Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to occupants and visitors. Complete written reports and logs of security-related incidents, patrols, and observations as required by site protocols. Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and on-site personnel to support a secure and welcoming environment at the commercial real estate location. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
