Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government transit location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support riders, visitors, and staff with strong communication and customer service. In this role, you will reflect our agile, reliable, and innovative approach while putting people first, working through teamwork, and acting with integrity every day. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $24.90 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, riders, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government transit location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of platforms, stations, parking areas, offices, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report maintenance, access control, and/or suspicious concerns. Monitor entrances, public areas, and restricted locations, assisting with access control, crowd flow, and/or directional support while following post orders and client-specific guidelines. Support daily operations by completing incident reports, communicating clearly with supervisors and/or site personnel, and remaining prepared to respond to medical, fire, and transit-related service calls. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
