As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to alarms, access control concerns, and/or other incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and public services as needed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas such as lobbies, corridors, and ATM or night deposit areas, as well as exterior building and parking lot areas, as assigned. Monitor for unusual activity and/or unsecured doors, review assigned cameras or alarm panels when available, and document observations and incidents according to post orders. Complete routine reports such as shift activity logs and incident reports, communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision, and support client service needs within the scope of post instructions. Minimum Requirements: Have 1+ years of security experience. Be at least 21+ years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
