What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by location. Minimum Requirements: Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have at least 5 years of security-related experience. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
