As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control and visitor badging, respond to concerns, and deliver professional customer service through clear communication and detailed reporting. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout commercial property common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or access concerns. Monitor access points and assist with access control practices, including observing pedestrian and vehicle traffic and reporting suspicious or unusual activity per site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing assistance as needed while notifying Allied Universal leadership and/or emergency services per post orders. Complete timely reports and logs of patrol activity, incidents, and/or property concerns, and communicate observations to onsite management and/or Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1+ years of security-related experience. CPR/First Aid is preferred. Customer Service Experience is preferred. Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
