As an unarmed patrol officer at a financial services location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will support access points, observe and report unusual activity, and deliver strong customer service and communication to staff and visitors. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial services location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate timely updates to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns. Control access by observing arriving visitors and vendors, directing them to the proper check-in process, and verifying authorization as required by site policy. Complete detailed reports and logs of patrol activity, incidents, and policy violations, and preserve information for follow-up as needed. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
